As VP, Strategic Planning at Greenberg, Inc., he helped clients gain insight into their constituencies and shape marketing, product and communication strategies. Clients included Apple, California Public Utilities Commission, Covered California, CNBC, Intel, JPMorgan Chase, Microsoft, and PG&E.

Prior to this Ken was based in London and the Middle East and helped create and reinvigorate brands such as B. Braun in Germany, the city of Beirut, Lebanon, NICE Systems in Israel, Novartis in Switzerland, Hydro in Norway, and Telstra in Australia.

Today, as fractional CFO, he provides guidance and mentoring for early stage entrepreneurs to achieve their goals by strengthening their capabilities to break through to the next stage. His strategic, financial, and investment acumen has also benefited the Southern Oregon Angel Investor Network, where he acted as deal lead and mentored new start-ups, and St. Mary’s School of Medford, where he led the Board through seminal expansion milestones.

Prior to this he managed the Britt Festival in Jacksonville, Oregon, bringing new life to this iconic institution. Rick also guided the creation of new businesses with material bottom-line impact at Wells Fargo Bank, and Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
